It’s an emergency

If you don’t feel safe, feel suicidal or may have harmed yourself, you need urgent medical help and should:
  • Call 999
  • Go straight to A&E
  • Call a crisis team in your area
Ask someone to help if you’re unable to do this yourself. You can use the NHS website to find urgent mental help in England by clicking here. Remember, you’re not wasting anyones time. Your mental health is important.
